New Patients
Our Process
We are a small, locally-owned foot center. When you call us, a person will be on the line with compassionate service every time. We are here to listen to your questions and concerns about your foot health. From there, we can direct you to the right resources, and let you know the treatment options for both your feet and your finances.
Your Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork. You may also print and fill out this paperwork beforehand to speed up the process. Make sure you also bring your insurance cards and a photo ID such as a driver’s license.

Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. A member of our staff will follow up with you directly. Same day appointments are usually available! Please call ahead to schedule as we are unable to accept walk-ins.
Financial
Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We kindly ask for this advance notice so that we may offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged for a no-show or late cancellation.
