Inland NW Surgery Center
Why Choose the Inland Northwest Surgery Center?
Our surgery center is an ASC, or ambulatory surgery center, meaning our modern facility is focused on providing same-day outpatient surgical care.
Because our surgeons are specialists, they are able to offer a more convenient, cost-effective (over hospital-based surgery) experience and one-on-one personalized treatment plans.
ASCs are tightly regulated by the federal government to ensure patient safety, complying with the wide range of laws, rules and regulations. We have been certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services since 1996.
What to Expect
On the day of your surgery, you will be greeted by one of our board-certified registered nurse anesthetists, who will be there to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Then we’ll make sure you are comfortably situated on the operation table with warm blankets and soft padding for your knees, head, and arms. Some of our patients even refer to this experience as being similar to a “day at the spa”, because of our quality of care and comfort.
The monitors we place next will help observe your vital signs, and an IV is started with sedative agents to slowly help you drift off in comfort. Once you are comfortably sedated, a local anesthetic nerve block will be utilized to block pain both during the surgery and 6-8 hours postoperative. Our light sedation is generally quick to wear off, and patients are typically ready to be discharged within 20-30 minutes after surgery.

Our surgeons are Board Certified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons
